When Developer requested to the Local Planning authority, the Authority may issue a part occupancy certificate for a building, before completion of the entire work as per development permission. The Authority after inspection of the entire work and after satisfying themself that there is no deviation from the sanctioned plans as mentioned in Regulated authority, so they issue an occupancy certificate in the form in Appendix-H. vice versa if it does not fit as per norms of planning authority, they refuse to sanction the occupancy certificate in Appendix-I within 21 days from the date of receipt of the said completion certificate.
