As per the union governments decision, the Ministry of Defence (MOD) mandates the No Objection Certificate (NOC) for construction in restricted areas around the airports as the upgraded CCZM Maps. Whereas, Air force station at Lohegaon had submitted an upgraded colour coded zoning map of the air force station and the National Defence Academy (NDA) to apply for the Aviation NOC in Pune. In the same vein, As per the rule, aviation noc’s are mandatory for the construction of a building falls in red zone, funnel zone and building over 627 Meter high in the city.

Applications for construction of building Falling within the 4KM from Airport is indicated as Red Zone in CCZM Map. Procedure to get Aviation NOC / MOD NOC / Airforce Defence NOC in Pune

Well, the process to get the Aviation noc is sorted into 2 steps. Mainly, you need to know that in which colour code your plot falls as per the colour coded zoning map. secondly,  check in respect with how remotely your plot is from airport.  moreover, the CCZM map is calculated  with respect to latitude and longitude. What if I have not completed the construction within the 5 years, will my NOC be void?

If the proposal, for which noc has been issued, does not complete within the 5 years as applicable from the issue of noc, Therefore, the noc will be treated as cancelled and the applicant will be required to forward the new proposal for the issue of fresh noc.

Who issue the Mod Noc?

Mod Noc or Intimation of non-issuance of noc will be dispatched by the competent authority through register post.
