Well, whether you are constructing a house or a residential project in limits of Pune Planning authority, A NOC from Garden Department is now must. In addition, on some plot its essential to cut the trees on site, which comes under the building. Whereas, after cutting these trees, the owner or developer needs to plan 3 times of the ration of the trees cut. Likewise, it is mandatory to obtain provisional Garden NOC while applying for building permission. In the same vein, Final Garden NOC is must while applying for building completion certificate.

Documents required for Garden NOC

While applying for the Provisional Garden No and Final Garden NOC, there are many documents needs to be attached with the application, will see as follows

A.     Provisional garden NOC

Followings are the documents required for the provisional Garden NOC

1. Application for provisional garden noc
2. 7/12 Extract of Property
3. Photo of existing numbered trees
4. Map showing trace location of existing trees as well as proposed tree to be planted.

(Existing tree will be green colour and propose with blue colour with number – 3 Copies)

B.     Garden Completion Certificate

Followings are the documents required for the Final Garden NOC

1. Application for Final Garden NOC
2. Commencement Certificate
3. Copy of Provisional Garden NOC
4. 7/12 Extract of Property
5. Copy of Tree cutting / transplantation permission (If Any)
6. Photos of existing trees and new planted trees in ration of 1:3
7. Sanction plan showing trace location of existing trees and new tree planted with green colour

C.     Trimming of branches of trees

Followings are the documents required for the Trimming of branches of trees

1. Application with address
2. Undertaking format for trimming only dangerous branches
3. Photo of branches to be trim

D.     To Remove the tree/ transplant the tree for construction

Followings are the documents required To Remove the tree/ transplant the tree for construction

1. Application with address dully filled with form C
2. Commencement certificate
3. Copy of Provisional Garden NOC
4. 7/12 Extract of Property
5. Copy of Tree cutting / transplantation permission (If Any)
6. Photos of existing trees and new planted trees in ration of 1:3
7. Sanction plan showing trace location of existing trees to be cut / transplant, existing trees as well as proposed trees to be planted (obstructing trees with red colour, remaining existing trees with green colour and propose trees in blue colour with numbers)
8. Undertaking duly filled in the form D
9. Annexure II – undertaking Hon. High Court ordered dated, 20/09/2013
10. Certificate of Architect that trees are obstructing to construction so cutting is necessary

E.     NOC for Advertisement Board on Trees

Followings are the documents required for the NOC for advertisement board on trees

1. Application
2. Colour photograph of location
3. Stability certificate
4. Structure Map
5. Location Map
6. Undertaking for no harm cause to tree and Owners no objection certificate

Charges Required for Garden NOC

Well, for provisional garden NOC, it charged approximate Rs. 9,000 to aRs.12,000. In the same vein, for final garden NOC it charged approximate Rs. 12000 to Rs. 15000/-

Time Required to get the Garden NOC
